Museum of Art of São Paulo Assis Cheateaubriand (MASP) (Av. Paulista 1578, São Paulo) — the building was designed by the architect Lina Bo Bardi and the collection has approximately 8,000 pieces, including works by Turner, Degas, Modigliani, Botticelli, Van Gogh, Picasso, Ernst, Chagall, Dali and others. One of its greatest icons is the “Pink and Blue” painting by Renoir. Admission: R$40 (adult); R$20 (students, professors & seniors); free admission to children under 11 years. Free admission to all on Tuesdays. Hours: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm (Tuesday), 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Wednesday – Friday), 10:00 am – 8:00 pm (weekends), closed on Mondays
